a £10m month, no flash sales.

After the record LIVE came the record month: £10m+ on TikTok Shop in November 2025, traded through BFCM on value-led bundles and an Affiliate Championship instead of flash sales.

the challenge

The $2.7m record LIVE gave P.Louise a £2m+ single-day baseline. In November 2025 the brief got bigger: deliver a £10m+ month on TikTok Shop across Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the loudest, most discounted trading period of the year, without eroding the brand equity P.Louise had spent years building.

BFCM is where brand value usually goes to die. The default playbook is the flash sale, and every flash sale trains your audience to wait. For a brand whose community buys on excitement rather than markdown, slashing prices for a month was never on the table. The real question was whether a record month could be traded on value instead of discount. It could.

value-led promotions, without flash sales

We replaced flash sales with value. Gift-with-purchase offers and bundle and multi-buy mechanics gave shoppers a genuine reason to buy now while protecting price integrity and average order value. Every promotion was structured to add value rather than erode price, so urgency never came at the cost of brand equity.

This is our conversion hierarchy in action. The bundle sits at the top, the single most underused mechanic in beauty. Then the GWP, the honest discount. Then buy-more-save-more, a structure rather than a markdown. The flash sale sits at the bottom as a last resort, because every rung down the ladder costs more brand equity than the last. Through the biggest discount season of the year, P.Louise never needed the bottom rung.

Bundles did the heavy lifting. Through Q4 the programme launched new thematic bundles from the core range at least once a week, each one designed against a single number: AOV. Weekly drops kept every show fresh, gave the audience newness without new product development, and traded through priority stock at the busiest moment of the year. It is the clearest proof we have that bundles are how you grow AOV on TikTok Shop.

the Affiliate Championship

Paid media was not the engine of this month. The community was. The Affiliate Championship was a competitive activation across P.Louise's creator base, built to lift posting frequency and content volume when it mattered most. Creators competed through November, and the volume of content that followed flooded the FYP, accelerating momentum without paid reliance.

That is the model our affiliate and influencer management service runs at full scale: an army of high-performing creators, incentivised to show up exactly when the trading calendar needs them.

managed daily, traded hourly

A £10m month is not something you set live on November 1 and collect at the end. It was managed hands-on, every day: live output tightly run and optimised in real time, affiliate performance and creator behaviour tracked against plan, and daily GMV targets managed across hosts, products and incentives for the whole of BFCM.

When a bundle outperformed, it got more airtime. When a host converted, they got more hours. When momentum shifted, incentives shifted with it. This is what we mean when we say we approach TikTok Shop as a trading channel first, and it is the discipline at the heart of our TikTok Shop management service.

the result, and the compounding story

£10m+In one November on TikTok Shop — five times the £2m+ single-day baseline the record LIVE had set — without a single flash sale. Zoom out and the quarter tells the bigger story: £26m in Q4, a 250% uplift.

This is the compounding effect we build for. The record LIVE proved the audience and the mechanics. The Affiliate Championship turned that proof into daily momentum. The bundle architecture turned momentum into baskets worth £10m a month, at full value. One record made the next one believable, and the engine that produced both is still running.
